Group photo: On October 27, several area farmers gathered at the home of Muskrat Watershed Council Agriculture Co-Directors Karen and Rene Coulas. Dr. David Lapen, a research scientist with Agri-Food and Agriculture Canada (standing beside the fridge) spoke with the group about controlled tile drainage, a system that reduces field runoff, benefitting both farmers and the watershed.
