PEMBROKE — On Thursday, September 6, members of the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP Community Street Crime Unit and Emergency Response Team executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence in Pembroke. A quantity of marihuana and marihuana plants were seized and as a result of the investigation two Pembroke residents were arrested and charged.

49-year-old Mark Anthony Luloff and 56-year-old Christopher Marchand are each charged with Produce a Schedule II substance – cannabis marihuana and Possession of a Schedule II substance – cannabis marihuana over 30 grams.

Both men were released on a promise to appear and are schedule to attend court on Tuesday, Oct. 9 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke.
