The Whitewater News of April 11 reported an incident of cat faces littering the La Passe Road.
The seriousness of this situation has evidently resulted in an OPP investigation into this obvious littering offence. Indeed, the public is encouraged to come forward with any information leading to the identification those involved.
Interestingly, this same stretch of road is annually covered with a thick slime of cow manure and mud resulting from local farm activity, which seemingly goes unreported as an offence at all.
I think the timing of this report is a bit late for April 1st.
