The Council of the Township of Whitewater Region consider the
following:
a. Appointments to outside organizations, task forces & boards
recommended by the Mayor;
b. Appointments to the Property Standards Committee and
Committee of Adjustment and
- That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the 2023
Council Meeting Calendar and 2023 Budget Schedule.
The governance report contained a schedule of meetings and committees Council members were assigned to over their next term.
Councillor Trimm asked if a final ‘big copy’ of the calendar would be made available, which Clerk Miller said they would
Councillor Bell asked if it was possible to move the January 11th appointment to January 10th or 12th.
Cleroux also said no summer break was present.
Clerk Miller said they could amend it to shift the dates and add the break.
CAO Burton said that they should pass the calendar and put an amendment in a special meeting with 48 hours notice.
