Passed away at Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at the age of 98 years.
Alice Bieber (nee Reiche) of Pembroke, wife of the late Henry Bieber. Beloved mother of Judith Brecknell (Ian Douglas), Cowichan Bay BC; Susanna Kennedy (Gary), Orangeville; and Carl Bieber (Suzanne), Pembroke. Cherished grandmother of Anne Brecknell and Jamie & Catherine Bieber; and great-grandmother of Evan, Emily, Elizabeth & Erran; and Jordan, Hayden & Tyla; as well as five great-great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late William & Olga Reiche (nee Lemke). Dear sister to Martha Kodrzynski (late Rudi) & Marie Zettler (Ben); and predeceased by sisters Olive Brose (late Wilferd) & Esther Brose (late Harry); and brothers Carl (late Erla), Werner (late Dorothy) & Walter (late Marjorie) Reiche. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke on Wednesday, March 6. Funeral Service will be held at St. Timothy’s Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Thursday at 2 p.m. Spring Interment in Zion/St. Timothy’s Lutheran Cemetery.
