To the readers of WhitewaterNews.ca:

This issue is not real newsy. It’s filled with Remembrance Day photos, an interesting story by publisher Joe Kowalski, photos of a book launch and the Muskrat Atom Voyageurs participation in the Silver Stick tournament.
Due to an out-of-town family weekend event and then gallbladder surgery on Monday, I could not commit to the newspaper this week as I have in the past.
Being the only staff member, I should have been prepared for something like this happening…and I didn’t — for this I apologize.
To be honest, I didn’t think the surgery would knock me out as much as it has. I will definitely try to do better over the next few weeks as I recover.
I want to forewarn you that I will be out of town Nov. 24 to Dec. 1. If you know of any events occurring, please contact me so we can make arrangements to have them covered.
Thank you for any help you can provide me over the next few weeks.

Sincerely, Connie Tabbert, Editor
