Residents can suggest any businesses/resources that they can think of in Whitewater Region (WWR). For each suggestion, they have a chance to win the TV provided by Schauer Home Hardware. They are encouraged to suggest as many businesses and resources as possible, especially those businesses that few people know about. Any suggestion will be considered. They should enter often for a better chance of winning. Businesses and organizations from around the Township will be participating in the contest by accepting suggestions on their premises for one month. The participant that encourages the most suggestions will win a laptop computer. Suggestions can be entered at: www.whitewaterregion.com/infostation
The purpose of the contest is to build an online searchable database for every business and resource in WWR called the Info Station. All suggested businesses and resources will be offered a free listing on the Info Station which allows them to enter their entire list of products and services. With this resource residents will be able to find any product and service available in WWR to make it easier to “BUY LOCAL”.
No business or individual will appear in the searchable database without their permission.
