WHITEWATER – The Committee of Adjustment for Whitewater region met on November 10th via Zoom call in order to approve a Minor Variance for Kevin Frey.
The variance, according to Planner/EDO Ivan Burton, was to reduce the minimum lot area of 18391 Highway 17, along Turcotte Road, from 20 hectares to 5.8 hectares.
Ivan Burton called the variance “a formality”, pointing out that the parcel was already undersized and that it would simply fulfill the conditions of a severance supported in a previous meeting on October 20th
“I think that was well explained.” Kevin Frey said, speaking by phone. “I think there’s nothing else to add. I think I’ll leave it up to you, going forward.
Councillor McLaughlin called for a vote, and it was carried.
