The Annual General Meeting for ConnectWell Community Health (formerly Lanark Renfrew Health & Community Services) will take place on June 22, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. Due to COVID-19 safety measures, the AGM will be held virtually using the Zoom meeting platform, and will focus on essential business, including Board elections, appointing an auditor for the 2021/2022 fiscal year, and reviewing financial statements.
