DREW ALAN GAZEY
Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 in his 54th year following a long battle with liver cancer. Drew will be deeply missed by his wife Patricia (Dearsley) and his children, Colin (Angela) and Dave. He also leaves behind his mother Sheila (predeceased by his father George), siblings, David (Judi), Adele (Andrea), Janet (Paul) and Doug, and Aunt Marjorie Hayes (Ian). Drew will be missed by his mother-in-law, Anne Dearsley and the late Sidney, Ray (Linda), Dennis, Gretchen (Rob), David (Lynn) and all family and friends. Drew was a long-time employee of Metrolinx and Bell Canada and will be missed by all who knew him. The family wishes to thank Dr. Jeyaraj, Dr. Go, Dr. Awi, Dr. Cummings, Dr. Knox, Dr. Gallinger and all the nursing and support staff at Princess Margaret Hospital and Lakeridge Health Oshawa Cancer Centre. A celebration of Drew’s life will be held at a later date.
