PEMBROKE – A Foresters Falls father of a two-year-old girl died following a single vehicle accident on Mud Lake Road on Friday, Aug. 12.

Officers from the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the OPP responded to the single vehicle collision just after 7:30 a.m. They discovered a 2011 Ford SUV left the roadway and struck a utility pole. The Pembroke Fire Department was called to provide extrication services.
Mud Lake Road was closed between Paul Martin Drive and Sawmill Road for several hours.
The OPP’s Technical Traffic Collision Investigators are assisting with the investigation.
