The Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approved entering into Site Plan Agreements with the owners/applicant to govern the construction of telecommunication towers at the property located at Part of Lot 5, Ross Concession 10, Grants Settlement Road.
Planner Ivan Burton said: “Just for clarity it’ll be one site plan agreement, it’ll be a three-party agreement.”.
He said it was another application for a telecommunications tower, similar to several others as part of an initiative be Rogers to improve cellphone reception in the Whitewater Region.
He said that they had received no complaints and that neighboring landowners had been informed.
The motion was carried without questions.
