I don’t want my school to close because I like my friends and if the school closes that means separation. I also like the teachers. I like the class rooms. I like the big yard. The teachers and the principal are really nice. I want the school to stay open because I didn’t get a chance to go up to the next class. Our school has fun field trips and we get to go swimming at the Kinsmen pool. We also do kid active day and Westmeath Public School is the first school I ever went to! – Jess, 8
Dear Trustees: The reason why the school should stay open is because it’s fun and all my friends are here. We can have no allergies. It’s easier to make lunches and we have lots of special lunches such as pizza, soup, spaghetti. We even get peanut butter! We have a big yard to play in.
