Cobden’s Tory Hawkins is excited to become a great-grandmother. Her granddaughter Melissa Bishop-Niragu and husband Osi’s first bundle of joy arrived. Melissa’s first tweet following the birth of their baby girl: We are so damn excited!! Our world & hearts just exploded with love. On July 2 Corinne Chidera made her entrance at 8:29 a.m. Everyone is healthy, happy and time seems to be moving too quickly already.
Melissa is an Olympian from the Eganville area. She is the daughter of Doug and Alison Bishop who reside near Lake Dore.
