Councillor Nicholson sought Council support to volunteer to be a committee member on one of Federation committees, for the next meeting.
Councillor McLaughlin asked if Council could come with a report on the pickup of yard waste ‘in the near future’.
CAO Trembley said it would ‘likely come in the Quarterly report, but if it requires more direction it can come in a separate report’.
Councillor McLaughlin said he would like to see it ‘sooner than later’.
Councillor Jackson asked when the Projects page for Whitewater Region was going to be updated.
“Some of it will go out to Tender, and some it will need to be updated.”
“We have been preparing letters and everything.” Cleroux said, regarding upcoming Roads projects. “Hopefully this week for that and will be put onto the page. I do apologize the projects haven’t been updated yet.”
He said Rapid Road will be done first so it can be done with Powers road, and then followed later by West Ross.
