Keith George Ferguson
February 16, 1938 – December 1, 2021
After a battle with cancer, Keith lost his fight on Wednesday morning December 1st, surrounded by his family. He leaves to mourn his spouse of 35 years Lucille Dumoulin, his children, Jamie (Christine), David (Pam) and Paul, Daniel (Christine) and Manon (Gaëtan), his much loved grandchildren, Kyle (Lauren), Mitchell (Jessalyn), Joel (Kiara), Jocelyn (Alex), Farrah (Eddie), Courtney (Jamie), Mercedes, Emilie, Chloé and Joël and 2 great grandchildren Scarlett and Xavier. He was predeceased by his parents John and Viola Ferguson (Blackburn), his sisters and their husbands Marjorie (Don) Anderson, Betty (Bill) Armstrong and June (Ben) Edgerton, his brother Elwood (Maureen)and Eldon (Irene). He will be sadly missed by his brother Jack (Alice) from Cobden and his brother-in-law Roland Dumoulin (Micheline) from Montréal and much loved nieces and nephews. Keith will be missed by many close friends.
Keith was a charismatic man with a great sense of humour who loved the outdoors; hunting, golfing, snowmobiling and many more were part of his life. The family wishes to extend a sincere and heartfelt thank-you to Dr. Cook, Jessica Valentin NP and the wonderful staff of the Madawaska Valley Hospice Palliative Care for their professional and compassionate care.
