Reta Beatrice (Bennett) Smith
January 29, 1934 ~ February 15, 2022 (age 88)
It is with sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Reta Smith of Cobden who passed away in Bonnechere Manor, Renfrew on Tuesday February 15, 2022 in her 89th year. Reta Smith nee Bennett beloved wife of Wilf Smith. Dear mother of Kathie Elmhurst (Peter), Karen Paquette (Richard), Kevin (Chantel) Bowes, and stepmother of Karen Coulas (Rene) Philip (Cynthia) Smith.. Loving grandmother of Patrick, Amanda (Clayton), Rachel (Phillip), Kyle (Mikie), and Kristen. Also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and 1 sister Vi Welk (Dawson). Predeceased by siblings Ossie, John Delmer, Ray, Muriel, Mary and Grace. A Graveside Service will be held in Cobden Union Cemetery in the Spring. Arrangements entrusted to the Fraser – Morris and Heubner Funeral Home Cobden.
