The rehabilitation of County Road 21, Beachburg Road, from Foresters Falls Road to just south of Pappin Road began Monday, June 26. It’s expected to continue until mid-July. During construction, the road will remain open to traffic, but will be reduced to one lane at times with minor delays.
Public works employees for Whitewater Region began preparing the land for the playground equipment to be erected at Cobden Veterans Park. It’s expected the equipment will be ready for the children to play on by Canada Day.
