The Council of the Township of Whitewater Region held its regular Council Meeting in the Municipal Hall in Cobden on December 7 at 4:45 PM.
The meeting is available on Youtube as a recorded livestream, and was streamed live during the meeting.
The meeting contained a public meeting from the Library Board informing Council of their current state and events, in particular for the new Mayor and Councillors.

Councillor Trimm said that the Seniors Project was having a Citizen’s Luncheon on the 15ths, which will be delivered to vulnerable seniors to avoid “various respiratory Illnesses”
Sunday, December 11th at 6:30 was the Westmeath Christmas Tree Lighting.
There were no notices of motion.
The Council then went into closed session at 7:09pm regarding ‘matters of municipal infrastructure and a human resources matter” and the livestream then ended.
