RENFREW COUNTY (Renfrew) — The Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated 154 calls for service.
Domestic Violence
Arnprior and Renfrew officers investigated 7 domestic disputes during the past week. One accused has been charged with assault, two counts of assault a peace officer and two counts of resist arrest and one accused has been charged with assault, forcible confinement and two counts of mischief.

Impaired Driving
On April 7, officers with the Renfrew OPP Detachment responded to a traffic complaint in the Town of Renfrew. As a result of a traffic stop, Andrew Bujold, 35 years old of the Town of Renfrew, has been charged with impaired driving and failure or refusal to comply with demand. The accused was released on an Undertaking to attend at the Ontario Court of Justice in Renfrew on June 3.
On April 11, an officer with the Renfrew OPP Detachment was conducting traffic enforcement on Highway 17 in Whitewater Township. As a result of a traffic stop, Christopher Parker, 26 years old of the City of Pembroke, has been charged with impaired driving, over 80 and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle. The accused was released on an Undertaking to attend at the Ontario Court of Justice in Renfrew on June 17.
Bail Violations
On April 12, officers with the Renfrew OPP Detachment conducted a bail violation investigation, in the Town of Renfrew. As a result of an investigation, Dylan Hobbins, 20 years old of the Town of Renfrew, has been charged with fail to comply with release order. The accused was released on an Undertaking to attend at the Ontario Court of Justice in Renfrew on June 17.
Other Criminal Code
On April 10, an officer with the Renfrew OPP Detachment responded to a bail violations call in the Town of Renfrew. The vehicle in question was located and a traffic stop was completed. As a result of the investigation, Derick Denis, 33 years old of Horton Township, has been charged with operation of a motor vehicle while prohibited. The accused was released on an Appearance Notice to attend at the Ontario Court of Justice in Renfrew on June 17.
Theft
On April 12, officers with the Renfrew OPP responded to a theft call in the Town of Renfrew. As a result of an investigation, Jade Charlebois, 21 years old of the Town of Renfrew, has been charged with Theft under $5000.00. The accused was released on an Appearance Notice to attend at the Ontario Court of Justice in Renfrew on June 17.
