Richard Allen Moore passed away suddenly at 61 years of age in Eganville on Tuesday, May 19. A native of Ottawa, he was the son of the late Ken and Helen Moore. Loving father of Allen Laplaunt, Erik Moore and Adrina. He is survived by his siblings Kathy (Moe Ladouceur), Billy, Tammy, Christopher and Steven. He leaves behind three grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Ken Smith and sister Barbara Moore-Dumais. Professional arrangements for Richard have been entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home in Eganville. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held by the family at a later date. Donations can be made to the Ontario Mental Health Foundation or the Eganville and District Senior Needs Association.
