Search continues for missing Pembroke teen

RENFREW COUNTY (Pembroke) — Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) will be highly visible in the Pembroke area as the search for a missing teenager enters a new phase. The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP Detachment and Renfrew County OPP, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch, have been searching for Tyson Yakabuskie, age 18, since he was reported missing on November 11, 2019.

Over the next two weeks, members of the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) and OPP Marine Unit will be conducting an intensive search of the area for any signs of Yakabuskie or any evidence related to his disappearance. Tyson Yakabuskie was last seen on foot on MacKay Street in Pembroke on Monday, October 28, 2019 at approximately 1:00 p.m. 

Tyson is also known to use the surname Lemaire. He is described as 188 cm or six feet two inches tall, 59 kgs or 130 lbs, with a slim build; short brown hair with a blonde streak at the front; and is believed to have been wearing grey jeans, a brown jacket, a red ECHO hoodie, and red shoes with white soles and black laces.
