The Council heard a proposal to enter into a Site Agreement Plan with Dana and Neil Nicholson regarding the construction of a property on Clem Trail, a private road, bordering the Ottawa River.
Councillor Neil Nicholson reclused himself due to his involvement in the application.
According to the application, Nicholson “is seeking to construct a single detached dwelling with attached garage and a detached garage.”
The amendment would allow for a reduced setback for a constructed dwelling.
Planner Ivan Burton said the new site plan would contain mitigation measures to prevent erosion into the Ottawa Rivers.
There were no questions, and the motion was carried.
