The Opeongo High School Musical Society is presenting the swing band musical, 1940’s Radio Hour.
The event is December 14, 15 and 16 in the cafetorium at OHS.
Come and enjoy the beautiful music and be moved by the comedic, yet poignant story of a seedy radio station trying to bolster the morale of the troops and their loved ones.
Set in Christmas 1942, the musical’s theme is based on war, patriotism, and love of music.
Refreshments and Christmas baking will also be for sale.
Admission at the door only: $10 general admission, and $5 for children 12 and under.
The shows are at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 14 and 15 and at 2 p.m. on Dec. 16.
