Deceased Identified
RENFREW COUNTY (Petawawa) — The Crime Unit of the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) began investigating after the body of a deceased adult was found along a trail in Petawawa’s Terrace Provincial Park. The body was discovered by a park user on Monday November 4, at approximately 12:30 p.m. who then notified police.
The deceased person has been identified as 53 year old Kimberley Joy White of Pembroke.
OPP’s Forensic Identification Services (FIS) and the Coroner’s Office also assisted with the investigation. Foul play is not suspected in this case.
