The Council heard a proposal to inform the Ottawa Valley Waste Management Board that it is not proceeding with buy-in at this time, in order to examine all options including the completion of the the Ross Landfill Capacity and Expansion Feasibility Study.
Lane Cleroux “In 2020, the council hired Business Appraisals to appraise the waste-water recovery center.”
“They returned with an estimate that was provided in confidential.” he said. “The cost would be 15.2% ownership.”
The study would determine that they would Engage Jp2g Consultants Inc. to proceed with the expansion study and notify the Ottawa Valley Waste Recovery Centre that the Township is reviewing all options at this time.
