How wonderful for our area to have this opportunity to develop and have usage of these trails. So sad to see them not used.

Would sign postings along the trail eliminate the liability issues ?
Would it be possible through this newsletter for those of us that have gone down south for winter to submit our public opinion? I am not sure if that capability exits.
