All Staff Meetings and Council Meeting Date Change

The Council of the Township of Whitewater Region heard a motion to:

1. Approve a delayed opening of the municipal office to the public at 11 a.m. on March 31, June 23 and November 24, 2022 for the purpose of all-staff meetings; and
2. Authorize moving the June 14, 2022 scheduled meeting to June 21, 2022 to accommodate the AMCTO conference being attended by the CAO and Clerk.

CAO Trembley said that the pandemic prevented the usual all-day team-building exercise for the last two years.

He said the current event would be done over two days in two three-hour sessions.

Reeve Regier said that the dates listed should be June 15 and June 22, as the 14^th and 21^st are Tuesdays, which Trembley acknowledged was an error.
