Beachburg ATM Issues

Despite of the loss of the Beachburg bank, the Whitewater Bromley Healthier Community Committee (HCC) continues to follow-up with Scotiabank management concerning issues with the remaining Automated Teller Machine (ATM).

We would like the residents of the Township of Whitewater Region and beyond, who use the Beachburg bank machine, to know that our Committee has been advising Scotiabank of ATM issues that have been brought to our attention. Scotiabank staff have been happy to receive feedback to provide better service and have agreed to monitor the ATM more frequently. They wish to receive feedback from community members as another safeguard to monitor problems.

There are posters near the ATM in Beachburg with an email address to reach the Committee to report any problems ([email protected]). Some people have sent emails outlining the issues, and we have been able to take them directly to the Scotiabank District Manager.

We hope this flow of information will provide a local and speedier solution to some of the problems experienced.

You can also share comments and find the poster on our Facebook page (search “Save Our Scotiabank”). Our Committee will pass on your concerns to the Scotiabank District Manager. Tracking the ATM issues with your support and feedback will help us identify any patterns or common problems as we work with Scotiabank to try to resolve the issues or possibly prevent problems.

Please help us to keep better ATM services in the Beachburg area.
