Burton said that the application concerns the expansion of the Fire Hall and the Beachburg’s Lion’s Club, and a a septic-system built on there has created a

“Staff are bringing this forward to council, essentially to correct this error to service a property likely services with municipal water and hydro.

Burton said that the easement would allow the owner to bring servicing through there, and would deal with.

“I think it’s a great way to serve both, I just want to make sure there’s not limiting of the Fire Department’s turning or access.” Nicholson said.

Burton said that the intent was no use to “inhibit the function of Township usage” and that no parking would b allowed.

Mayor Moore said that the area has been used for parking by the Beachburg Lion’s club, and how this new easement would affect it.

“We are looking into finding new accommodations for them.” he said.

Councillor Mackay asked how many lots where there, which Burton said would be a single family home.

The motion was carried.
