The Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve an amendment to the zoning category of the property described as Part of Lot 4, Westmeath Concession 4 EML, Beachburg Road.
Planner Burton said that the property was in the Industrial Extractive Zone.
He said the property was created back in 81, and was considered rural at the time, which allowed for residential uses.
He said an Aggregate Assessment indicated that there would be little impact from the three-acre property.
He said staff was supportive of the motion.
The motion was carried with no questions.
