The Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve an amendment to the zoning category of the property described as Part of Lot 14, Westmeath Concession 3 EML, Zion Line.
Planner Ivan Burton said the motion was a condition of a severance for a surplus farm dwelling/
“All of these lands are within the agricultural zone of approval.” he said, and would retain the ‘agricultural character.”
The motion was carried with no questions.
