It was a nice Saturday evening in Beachburg for the 34th annual Parade of Lights (Santa Claus Parade).
The event is hosted by Station 4 of the Whitewater Fire Department and the Beachburg Volunteer Firefighters Association.
Area businesses, schools and various organizations rolled up Main Street with lit-up floats, some playing music.
The BORCA contingent of cyclists was determined to be the honourary winner of the floats this year.
After the parade, children lined up for an opportunity to visit with Santa Claus in the small classrom of Station 4’s fire hall.
While waiting their turn, they sipped on hot chocolate and had a visit with others in line.
