Beachburg Squirt won the A championship of the Squirt division in the Upper Ottawa Valley Fastball League. The tournament was held in Lake Dore on Saturday. Beachburg defeated Westmeath 8-4 in Game 1 to move onto the A championship, facing off against Eganville. It was a close game, with Beachburg edging Eganville 6-4.
