Fraudulent mortgages through a mortgage broker are being investigated by the OPP in Renfrew County.
Following an investigation, police have charged 25 year old Lindsay Michelle Blair of Whitewater Region with four counts of uttering forged documents, one charge of perjury and one count of fraud over $5000.
Investigators believe there may be other victims of this fraud and is asking them to contact Detective Jamie Holt of the Upper Ottawa Valley Crime Unit.
