WHITEWATER REGION (Cobden) — The following by-laws were read and passed on Wednesday last week at the meeting of the Council of the Township of Whitewater Region:
- By-law 19-10-1210, being a by-law to establish an Accountability & Transparency Policy
- By-law 19-10-1211, being a by-law to establish a Corporate Communications Policy
- By-law 19-10-1212, being a by-law to establish a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy
- By-law 19-10-1213, being a by-law to establish a Corporate Video Policy
- By-law 19-10-1214, being a by-law to establish an I.T. Security Policy
- By-law 19-10-1215, being a by-law to establish a Remote & Mobile Computing Policy
- By-law 19-10-1216, being a by-law to impose special annual drainage rates upon land in respect of which money is borrowed under The Tile Drainage Act (Valley Bio)
- By-law 19-10-1217, being a by-law to to impose special annual drainage rates upon land in respect of which money is borrowed under The Tile Drainage Act (Keith & Karen Black)
- By-law 19-10-1218, being a by-law to amend By-law 23-92 of the former Corporation of Ross Township to remove the holding symbol and to enter into a Development/Private Road Agreement for Part Lot 13 Ross Concession 12 – Voyageur Bay
- By-law 19-10-1219, being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Site Plan Agreement with Peter and Catherine Blok
