WHITEWATER REGION (Cobden) — At the Council meeting for the Township of Whitewater Region on July 17, the following by-laws were read and passed:
By-law 19-07-1190, being a by-law to authorize the execution of a shared use agreement with the Beachburg Agriculture Society.
By-law 19-07-1191, being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Rental Agreement with the CCHL Tier 2 Hockey Club.
By-law 19-07-1192, being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Service Contract for the Collection and Transportation of Garbage and Recyclable Material (Miller Waste Systems Inc.).
By-law 19-07-1193, being a by-law to amend By-law Number 98-13 of the former Corporation of the Township of Westmeath and amend By-law Number 23-92 of the former Corporation of the Township of Ross as amended (Recreational Vehicles).
By-law 19-07-1194, being a by-law to amend By-law Number 23-92 of the former Corporation of the Township of Ross as amended (240 Pinewood Park Road).
By-law 19-07-1195, being a by-law to establish an Accounts Receivable Policy.
By-law 19-07-1196, being a by-law to establish Council Conference and Miscellaneous Expenses Policies.
By-law 19-07-1197, being a by-law to establish and appoint the Whitewater Region Public Library Board.
By-law 19-07-1198, being a by-law to appoint members to the Whitewater Region Seniors & Older Adults Task Force.
By-law 19-07-1199, being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Customer Agreement for Electricity and Natural Gas (Ontario Wholesale Energy).
