WHITEWATER REGION (Cobden) — On September 4, the Transportation Services Committee recommended the Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the award of the Cameron Street Engineering Design project to Jp2g Consultants Inc. at a tendered price of around $26 thousand. 

The Township issued a request for proposals for the engineering design of Cameron Street located in the Village of Beachburg. According to the Township, two bids were received. Jp2g Consultants Inc bid around $23 thousand and McIntosh Perry bid around $29 thousand. Motioned by Mayor Moore and seconded by Councillor Charlene Jackson, the motion was carried to accept the lowest submitted bid from Jp2g Consultants Inc.

The Transportation Services Committee also recommend Council to award the Crawford Street Engineering Design project to McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers at a tendered price of around $26 thousand.

The Township of Whitewater Region issued a request for proposals for the engineering design of Crawford Street located in the Village of Cobden. Two bids were received and McIntosh Perry bid at around $24 thousand. Motioned by Mayor Moore and seconded by Councillor Jackson, it was carried to award the proposal to McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers.
