On Thursday, October 17, Carolyn Gail Hoffman (nee Johnson) passed away with her family by her side at the age of 61 years old. Carolyn will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her loving husband Terry, daughters Kelsey (Blaine), Rylee and Amanda (Coleman), precious grandsons Karson and Bridger, siblings Anne (Steve), Trevor (Kari) and Kevin as well as numerous family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Irwin and Irene. A celebration of Carolyn’s life was be held on Monday, October 28 at the Evergreen Funeral Home in Edmonton, Alberta. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Carolyn to the Cross Cancer Society or Beachburg United Church in Beachburg.
