WHITEWATER REGION – The Township of Whitewater Region Council updated the animal control By-law updated to accommodate regulations for backyard chickens as well as for kennels.
Reeve Cathy Regier asked about grandfathering backyard chickens in, acknowledging that they never have been covered by the Township by-law and therefore cannot be grandfathered.
