The Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve a single source award for the purchase and subscription of CloudPermit, a building services software, at an annual cost of $14,000, for a three-year term with renewable two-year option.
“This is in front of you because our Delegation of Authority by-law limits staff for single source at 15,000, and since this is a multiyear commitment the 14,000 exceeds the 15,000.” CAO Trembley said.
He said that the software was ‘very well used’ in the County.
The motion was carried without question.
