Frances Lemke from the Co-operators is the recipient of the Co-operators 2017 Community Achievement Award for commitment and volunteerism in the community. In celebration, the Co-operators made a $500 donation to Frances’ charity of choice, which was the Robbie Dean Family Counselling Centre in Pembroke. Ms. Lemke, left, presented the cheque to Monique Yashinskie. “Thank you Frances for your continued support not only to the Centre but to our community,” Ms. Yashinskie said. “It is people like you that make this such a great place to live.”
