The Cobden & District Civitan Club invites nominations for the 2015 Citizen of the Year Award from area
community groups or individuals for persons deemed worthy of recognition for their contributions towards
the betterment of our community.
Recommendations should include a brief bio sketch of the individual and the reasons for consideration.
