Wintry fun in Foresters Falls on Saturday
FORESTERS FALLS — The annual Foresters Falls Winter Carnival is this Saturday with plenty of fun for everyone.
Events throughout the day include breakfast, snowmobile poker run, children’s indoor events, a magic show, fun hockey games, skating and bingo. All events, except the bingo, are at the skating rink.
The fun begins with breakfast from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
After you fill your tummy, sign up for the snowmobile poker run. Registration is 10 to 11 a.m.
The Whitewater Region Public Library is hosting indoor children’s games at the rink.
There is a 50-50 snowshoe event from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Just a reminder, bring your own snowshoes.
If you happen to miss breakfast, or if you just get hungry during the day, food will be served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
It’s all about fun from noon to 4 p.m., with children’s fun hockey games, games for young at heart and just time to skate.
That evening is the family fun bingo at the Orange Hall on the main street. Adults can play 25 games for $12.50 or children for $6.25.
