ConnectWell Community Health is seeking new members for our Board of Directors and community members for our board committees.
We are a fully accredited charitable organization serving the rural communities of Lanark, Renfrew, Leeds and Grenville Counties. We provide a broad range of primary and allied health care, health promotion and community development inititiaves, mental health and peer supports, autism, family relief and developmental services. Serving on our community-based Board of Directors helps shape the health and well-being of our communities through good governance.
