Position Title: Shared Position Medical Receptionist/Secretary 0.4 FTE

ConnectWell Community Health in partnership with Dr. S. Olsen is seeking a Medical Receptionist/Secretary for 14 hours per week plus relief. This position is mainly in Cobden however the successful candidate may be working at the Eganville and Beachburg site.
Position Summary:
The Medical Receptionist/Secretary is an integral member of the Administrative team providing a wide range of reception and secretarial duties to all components of ConnectWell Community Health and Dr. Olsen including but not limited to ongoing telephone services to clients, business contacts. The Medical Receptionist/Secretary also provides a full range of clerical and administrative support functions to the team.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Office Administration or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Medical Terminology Certificate an asset
- Additional Training in computer software and database applications
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication
Reporting Relationship: The successful candidate will report to Nursing/Admin Supervisor.
