Reeve Regier announced Julie Parr as Finance Assistant, and a member of volunteer fire department.
She also announced several changes to the Fire Department, with Johnathan McLaren assuming the role of fire Chief on June 1st, and would work along with acting fire chief Guy Loftin.
Cory Mackenzie and Stacy Lebec were appointed as deputy fire chiefs, to contribute ten hours per week.
Julie Beutella would serve as fire admin assistant, to work 13 hours a week.
Councillor Charlene Jackson reminded everyone of the Cobden Civitan Fishing derby draws, despite pandemic restrictions preventing the derby.
50/50 tickets for the Derby will be available until February 15th.
