The Council of the Township of Whitewater Region approve the enactment of a Deeming By-law for the property known as Part Lot 1, Concession 1 Coulonge Lake Front, Geographic Township of Westmeath, in the Township of Whitewater Region.
The Council was advised this was the only way for the two parcels of land to be merged into a single one, due to it being part of a subdivision.
Councillor Nicholson asked about the retaining road.
Burton said that the Morgland private road stayed with the retained parcel.
The motion was carried.
