WHITEWATER REGION — Tyson Black receives this years Delmer Bennett award from Gwen Bennett. To qualify for the award, a youth must be graduating from a high school in Renfrew County and be continuing their education in agriculture. Mr. Black is studying at Vermilion, Alberta.
