Renfrew-Nippissing-Pembroke needs improvement. Our roads are a disaster, our internet service is lacking, good,secure employment is scarce and we lead Ontario in child poverty. Veterans are suffering and the lack of adequate senior care is shocking.
With all of these problems we have paid millions of tax-payer dollars to Cheryl Gallant since 2000. In thanks for our generosity, she does not answer our phone calls or letters. She does not attend all candidates meetings or answer media questions. She can, however, enter the bedrooms of our diminished and unhealthy seniors to harangue them for votes!
Hec Clouthier wants to jump back on the gravy train. He is proud to announce he does not care a hoot about the rest of the country. The Liberals want nothing to do with him. If he defeats the Conservative candidate, they will want nothing to do with him. I do not really see the NDP cozying up to Hec Clouthier. Yet he thinks they will all need him because he will be so powerful…
Could it be visions of that full pension he will be eligible to collect in just three years that make him feel so powerful? Hec Clouthier has been running as an Independant since 1999.
The only time he won an election was as a Liberal. Obviously he has an inability to work well with others. As we have seen with Ms. Gallant, individualist members are relegated to back rows and shut off from power.
Being a team player with the skills to negotiate, compromise and mediate does not mean you are a lesser person, it means you can accomplish more in a group setting such as the Parliament of Canada. Justin Trudeau has assembled an exemplary team of specialists and dedicated experts. He is not a one man show like Mr.Harper or Mr. Mulcair.
Jeff Lehoux is intelligent, caring, generous and genuinely concerned for his fellow citizens. Jeff will be able to communicate, negotiate and actually achieve results for us. He will not be shuffled off to a corner as an embarrassment. He will be an integral part of the next government and he will represent us well. Vote Team Liberal. Vote Jeff Lehoux.
